Chairman of the Board
Robert Peugeot has been Chairman of FFP's Board since 2020. He also chairs the Investments and Participations Committee. He was Chief Executive Officer of FFP between 2003 and 2020.
After graduating from École Centrale de Paris and INSEAD, Robert Peugeot held various executive positions within the PSA Peugeot Citroën Group. From 1998 to 2007, he was a member of the Group’s Executive Committee and Vice President, Innovation and Quality.
When he took over at FFP in 2003, Robert Peugeot officially mapped out its investment and diversification strategy, which primarily involves investing in minority interests with a long-term perspective and playing an active role on companies’ boards of directors.
In 2007, Robert Peugeot stepped down from PSA Peugeot Citroën’s Executive Committee to join PSA Peugeot Citroën’s Supervisory Board and run FFP full-time, following its rapid growth. He became Chairman of the Board in May 2020.
Bertrand Finet joined FFP in 2017 as deputy CEO. He was appointed CEO in 2020.
He started his career in 1991 in London at 3i Group Plc. He joined CVC Capital Partners in France in 1996, before becoming managing director of the Paris office of Candover in 2006. He joined the executive committee of the French Sovereign Fund (FSI) in 2009 and was promoted executive director and member of the executive committee of Bpifrance (the French Public Investment Bank) in charge of equity investments SMEs in 2013. He was then appointed executive director Mid & Large Cap of Bpifrance in 2015.
He graduated from ESSEC Business School.
Marie Ahmadzadeh joined FFP's investment team in 2015.
She began her career with Goldman Sachs in London in 2008 within the merger & acquisitions and financing teams, before joining the Fonds Stratégique d’Investissement / Bpifrance Mid & Large Cap in 2011, and CDC International Capital in 2014 as an investment manager.
Marie graduated from ESCP Europe.

Frédéric Banzet joined FFP in 2014 and has been heading FFP Investment UK Ltd, based in London, since December 2015.
Before that, he held various positions within Group PSA, in France as well as abroad. He was notably Chief Operating Officer of PSA Finance UK, Head of Asia-Pacific Operations for Peugeot, Head of International Affairs of Citroën and Head of Sales and Marketing, Europe for Citroën too. He was Chief Executive Officer of the Citroën brand from 2009 until June 2014.
Frédéric holds a law degree and is a graduate of ISTEC and Harvard Business School.

Senior legal counsel
Alice Baverez joined FFP’s legal team in 2018.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, specialized in business and corporate law, she worked for four years in the law firm Jones Day, where her practice mainly focused on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity and capital market transactions.
Alice graduated from ESSEC Business School, Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (MA in Business Law) and Paris IV Sorbonne University (MA in Literature).
Laetitia Blot-Dollfus joined FFP' finance department in 2016.
She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Paris in 2010 as a financial auditor in the Investment Management sector, before joining the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in 2015, within the Asset Management Directorate, in charge of monitoring a portfolio of French investment management companies.
She graduated from Audencia Nantes.
Maxime Bouquet joined FFP's investment team in 2020.
He started his career as a buy-side analyst at Moneta Asset Management in 2014. During more than 5 years, he covered various sectors (TMT, aquaculture, medtech) with a focus on European midcaps.
Maxime graduated from EDHEC.
Albane de Braquilanges joined FFP in 2018.
She started her career in PAI Partner’s Investor Team in Paris and London. Appointed Brand & Communications manager, she was responsible for overseeing all external communications and brand management for the firm.
Albane graduated from ESCP Europe and holds an MSc in Management from City University and the German Diplom-Kauffrau.
Amaury Cabaud joined FFP's investment team in 2018.
He started his career at L.E.K. Consulting where he spent 3 years, focusing on Commercial Due Diligence for Private Equity Funds and Bpifrance's Mid & Large Cap investment team.
Amaury graduated from Dauphine and ESCP Europe.
Sébastien Coquard is Managing Director of FFP. He joined the firm in 2006 to constitute and head the investment team.
His previous experience include long term investments at AGF Insurance (Allianz France), equity capital market and M&A at Oddo and corporate banking at Paribas.
He holds a Master in Finance (DESS) from Grenoble University and a Master in Management from University of Paris Dauphine.

Guillaume Falguière joined FFP' investment team in 2017.
Following a position in M&A, Guillaume Falguière began his career as a buy-side analyst at BDL Capital Management. During 9 years, he covered various sectors (TMT and industrials) and particularly contributed to the expansion of the firm.

Anne-Camille de Froissard joined FFP's investment team in 2017.
She began her career in private equity in 2010 at Caisse des Dépôts (CDC), before joining Aquila Asset Management as a Real Estate Financial analyst in 2013, and AXA Investment Managers Real Assets as a Fund analyst in 2015.
Anne-Camille graduated from ESSEC Business School, and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from UCP as well as a MBA from NTU Singapore.
Jean-Paul Lemonnier joined FFP's investment team in 2017. He is based in London.
He began his career in 2004 within the investment team of PAI partners in Paris, before joining Goldman Sachs in London in 2005, initially within the TMT merger & acquisitions team. He joined in 2006 the Principal Investment Area division (GS PIA), which oversees Goldman Sachs’ worldwide principal investing activities and the Goldman Sachs Capital Partners funds, where he was involved in a number of large cap private equity transaction.

Thierry de Poncheville joined FFP in 2005 as Legal Director. He is also currently Deputy CEO of Etablissements Peugeot Frères (EPF) and Groupe PSP.
He began his career as Legal Counsel at Ernst and Young, and thereafter was General Counsel and Head of Tax, EMEA, for Reuters Group in Geneva.
He holds an MSc degree in Private International Law (University of Bordeaux) and a Master’s degree in International Business (Pittsburgh University).

François Massut joined FFP's investment team in 2015.
He began his career in the private equity industry within different subsidiaries of the French sovereign wealth fund : Caisse des Dépôts (CDC) : French Pension Reserve Fund (FRR), balance sheet of CDC and Bpifrance Investment.
He also is a visiting professor at Paris-Dauphine University.
He graduated from Dauphine University with an Msc in Finance, a MA in Business Law and a MA in Sustainable Development.

Jean-Baptiste Molmy joined FFP's legal team in 2015.
He began his career in 2010 as a French attorney (Avocat à la Cour) within the Paris office of the US law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, where his practice mainly focused on public and private merger and acquisition, capital market and refinancing transactions.
He graduated with an MA in Business and Tax Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
Julien Pierson joined FFP’s investment team in 2020.
Julien began his career in M&A at Deloitte in 2005, before joining the fund of funds arm of Groupama Private Equity in 2007, and Palico, the private equity funds marketplace dedicated to secondary and primary transactions in 2012.
Julien earned a Masters Degree in Corporate Finance from EM-Lyon.
Eric de Saint-Exupéry joined FFP's investment team in 2018.
He started at Rothschild & Cie in Paris, where he spent almost three years as an Investment Banking Analyst.
Eric graduated from EDHEC Business School.
Deputy General Counsel
Sophie Vernier-Reiffers joined FFP in 2008 and is Deputy General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, specialized in corporate law, capital market transactions and mergers & acquisitions, she worked for eight years in law firms, including five years at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés.
She holds a DEA in Business Law from Paris Dauphine University and a DEJA in Spanish Law from Paris Nanterre University.

Frédéric Villain joined FFP in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer.
He started his career in public accounting at EY. In 1998, he joined Pernod Ricard Group’s M&A department. From 2002 onwards, he hold various CFO positions for the group in China, Canada and finally in New York (USA) where he was Chief Financial Officer for the Americas’ region. In 2012, he joined Campofrio Food Group as Chief Financial Officer for Northern Europe.
He graduated from HEC.
